Welcoming service, had really nice experience.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, for example, a Roman Catholic church was at a medium distance from the hotel. The room was functional and fashionable, it had outstanding views.

A Nespresso machine, a dog bed, and a safe available in the queen room. Warm, generous breakfast with great view, had fab food.

Central location, right place for discovering Bilbao. Set in front of a bus station. Fully-equipped rooms with the widest bed ever, top-class and responsive staff.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The place was impeccably clean and luxurious, had genuinely helpful staff on reception desk. The breakfast offered a wide array of options and was generous. The double room we stayed 

Peaceful and decent location, next to the airport. Brand-new nicely decorated room with view over the mountain. Very big beds, warm breakfast.

I loved new-fashioned rooms with all comforts. The location turned out to be good and unbeatable. There was restaurant cafe sortzen, that I found within 25 minutes' walk of the hotel. An in-house restaurant was good for dinner. 

Well-equipped and nicely decorated unit with nice bathroom. Convenient location close enough to the bridge, river and the hills, the shopping district, and Bilbao for 2 days. 10 minutes walk to Casco Viejo.  

Queen room with three beds. Generous breakfast for all taste, with good food.

Staff were fantastic friendly.

We had a good trip with nice hot breakfast. The room was generous sized and uniquely decorated, it had an overhead shower and a bidet. There was a fab bar and lovely food at the in-house restaurant.

Very central location, relatively close to Mercado de la Ribera Market. Very historic area near the Old Town where many tapas bars, Brussel, and all the cafes.

Good location really close to restaurant excellent, Bilbao from San Sebastien on the Camino and the centre of town, could not be better. Reasonably priced food in the restaurants such as Galtzagorri Sagardotegia, located 10 min away. Modern and beautifully designed 

Exceptional, reasonably spacious hotel with a really nice restaurant and attentive staff. Breakfast for all taste. The very central location in front of a bus stop. Minute walk from a museum and a cathedral while being in the very historic area. 

Magnificent location in a great location for a quick getaway to the ferry port, in the very historic area. Modern and beautifully designed units with a lovely view over the mountain. Reasonably priced food as for cold 

The king room was airy, included an overhead shower and a bidet.
